Meet Us... In 2004, Joe and Robin Ross (from "Joe Ross Used Cars", located at 3427 Miller Road) purchased Harmens' from Jack Harmen. Harmens' had been servicing cars from the used car lot for years, and being familiar with the mechanics and the level of integrity of the business, the couple felt it would be a good fit. At that time, Joe took over as manager of Harmens', and Robin continued to oversee the car lot. Harmens' now operates as the service center for "Joe Ross", taking care of cars both before and after the sale, as well as customer cars. At Harmens' they have been blessed with loyal local customers, students from Western-both local and out-of-area, and some small fleets. It is their goal to sell you only what you need, meet your needs and keep you safely on the road
